NEW SHIPPING POLICY:
Domestic Orders: We no longer offer shipping based on a sliding scale but have moved all our orders to "At Cost" shipping. Please remember that the prices shown are estimates only, if there is a significant adjustment to the actual costs when we process your order, we will notify you before shipping. If the estimate is close to the actual cost, we will ship your order and provide you with an updated invoice in your package.
If you have any questions about the shipping charges shown in the estimator, please do not hesitate to call or email so that we can verify the cost. No software is perfect, and we are happy to check other options for you. Priority Mail shipping is available, but we do require insurance on all USPS packages and it may delay your shipment by a couple of days as we do not have regular USPS pick up at our warehouse. UPS Ground shipping also includes tracking ability so that we can locate your package if it gets lost - the delivery confirmation offered by the USPS does not allow us to track your package, it only tells us when it was successfully delivered. Bear these things in mind if you wish to request Priority Mail.
Please provide a verified street address for shipping! Correct spelling and complete address information is a must. UPS charges $5.00 to correct an address, and we have no choice but to pass this charge on to you, so please take a moment and double check your entries before completing your order. Incorrect addresses also delay your order. The best place to validate your address is http://www.usps.com/
Commercial shipping vs. Residential Shipping: If you enter a true UPS Commercial shipping address that will validate with our UPS software, you will likely save some money on your shipping costs. Bear in mind that home based businesses or businesses that are located in a residential district most likely DO NOT qualify for commercial rates and will be adjusted at the time of processing.
Rush Orders and Expedited Shipping: We suggest placing all orders requiring Expedited (overnight or 2nd Day) shipping by phone at 800-444-1629 as we do not return Expedited shipping costs in the shipping calculator. Most orders typically are processed within one to three business days and as we ship from Indiana, most transit times are between three to five days additional. "Rush" orders can usually be processed within one business day, but again, it is a good idea to call if you need something by a particular date that is less than 10 days from the date of your order.
International Orders:
International shipments are sent via US Mail - Priority or Express. We will provide you with a shipping estimate before your order is processed. If there is a discrepancy in shipping costs from the web quote, we will contact you via email prior to shipping to receive your approval. We are not able to estimate any VAT or other taxes, duties, or fees that you may be charged upon delivery. These charges are issued by the customs/mail carrier on your end and are separate from your order with us. We will do all we can to assist you with the mailing process and will try our best to answer any questions you may have. Allow approximately 10 business days for International delivery.
Sometimes, you may encounter an error in the processing of shipping costs for International Orders. If this is the case, you should be able to complete your order without shipping costs, and when we receive your order we will contact you via email with a corrected cost. Otherwise, send us an email and we will assist you.
Due to large amounts of credit card fraud, there are some countries to which we reserve the right to deny sales. This will be handled on a case by case basis.
Returns and Exchanges: We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee of all of our products. If you are not happy with an item, please call us at 800-444-1629 or email us and describe the problem. You can also used the Return and Exchange Form which should be included with your order. We will arrange for a prompt refund or exchange. Exchanges are subject to additional shipping charges as necessary.
We don't often get returns, but there are occasional times when a customer changes their mind, orders the wrong item, or they are simply not quite satisfied with their purchase. We understand this and look forward to making things right! Please contact us within 30 days of receipt of your order so that we can better serve you.
We are not able to provide refunds for products that are no longer in saleable condition - please take care in packaging your return for proper credit. It is important to insure your return product and to keep your postal or UPS receipt in case the package is lost or damaged by the carrier prior to arrival at our warehouse. |
